WELCOME TO RIBOWEST 2025

Oki! We invite you to RiboWest 2025 Conference to be hosted by the Alberta RNA Research and Training Institute (ARRTI) at the University of Lethbridge, on June 8–11, 2025. The University’s Blackfoot name is Iniskim, meaning Sacred Buffalo Stone. The University is located in traditional Blackfoot Confederacy territory. We honour the Blackfoot people and their traditional ways of knowing in caring for this land, as well as all Aboriginal peoples who have helped shape and continue to strengthen our University community.
GOAL & OBJECTIVES
This Western Canada RNA Conference brings together RNA scientists from across Canada and the Northwestern United States for the purpose of disseminating current research and providing an opportunity for trainees to present their work. Presentations at the meeting will cover a wide range of RNA topics, including transcription, RNA processing, translation, viruses, genomics, bioinformatics, and computational biology. All RNA scientists are invited to attend RiboWest.
